It is a quick snack of seasoned potato rolled in bread and fried. It is an easy to make snack with readily available pantry ingredients.

Ingredients of Bread Roll

3 Nos Potato (Aloo)
1 Nos Onion
1 Nos Green Chilli
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
0.5 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
0.5 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
0.5 Tsp Chaat Masala
6 Slice Bread
2 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Cup Water

How to make Bread Roll

Step 1: Wash and boil the potatoes;
Step 2: Peel the skin of potatoes and mash them;
Step 3: In a mixing bowl add potatoes, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder and mix it well;
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan;
Step 5: Take room temperature water in a shallow plate or bowl;
Step 6: Remove the edges of the bread slices;
Step 7: Now, take one bread slice, dip it in water for a second then, squeeze it nicely with the pressure of your palms;
Step 8: Place a tablespoon of stuffing in the center of the bread and carefully bring the edges of the bread to the center and gently seal the potato filling with the bread;
Step 9: Gently slide shaped bread roll from the edges into the frying pan and fry over medium heat till crisp and golden;
Step 10: Serve hot.
