Ingredients of Butter Chicken Curry

2 Piece Tomato
2 Cloves Garlic
0.75 Tsp Ginger
0.5 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
0.25 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
0.5 Tsp Paprika
0.5 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garam Masala
0.5 Tsp Cumin Powder
250 Gms Boneless Chicken
2 Cubes Butter
50 Gms Fresh Cream
0.25 Cup Cilantro

How to make Butter Chicken Curry

Step 1: Wash chicken and tomato;
Step 2: Grate ginger and keep it aside;
Step 3: Add garlic,ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, paprika, salt, 0.5 tsp of garam masala, cumin powder in a cooker;
Step 4: Mix it well and saute it for few minutes;
Step 5: Add chicken, mix it well and close the lid of cooker and cook for 10 minutes on high flame;
Step 6: Open up the cooker and remove the chicken carefully and set aside;
Step 7: Blend together all the ingredients;
Step 8: Add the butter, cream, cilantro, and 0.5 tsp of garam masala and stir until well incorporated;
Step 9: It’s best to let the sauce cool just a little before adding the butter and the cream;
Step 10: Add the chicken back in and heat through;
Step 11: Butter chicken is ready to serve.
