Ingredients of Mix Sprouts Poha

0.75 cup Poha (Beaten Rice / Paper Avalakki)
0.75 Cup Sprouts
0.5 Tsp Peanut Oil
0.25 Cup Onion
1 Green Chilli
0.25 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
0.5 Tsp Salt
0.5 Tbsp Lemon
0.5 Tbsp Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
0.25 Cup Water
0.25 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
0.5 Tbsp Sugar

How to make Mix Sprouts Poha

Step 1: Place the beaten rice on a sieve and wash lightly;
Step 2: Drain and leave aside for 10 minutes;
Step 3: Now heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds,when the seeds crackle, add the onions and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for a few minutes or till the onion turn light brown in colour;
Step 4: Now add the mixed sprouts and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes;
Step 5: Add the turmeric powder, sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute;
Step 6: Add water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes;
Step 7: Now add the beaten rice and lemon juice and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously;
Step 8: Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
