Ingredients of Mushroom Sandwich Recipe

2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Cup Mushroom
1 Nos Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
0.5 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
6 Slices Bread
0.5 Cup Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp Butter

How to make Mushroom Sandwich Recipe

Washing/Soaking

Step 1: Wash mushrooms,onion and garlic;

Boiling/Cutting/Prepping

Step 1: Finely chop onion and garlic;
Step 2: Slice the mushrooms;

Stuffing

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms, onions, and saute for 4-5 minutes;
Step 2: Add garlic, salt, saute it some more;
Step 3: Switch off the gas, add black pepper, toss it and let it cool for 10 minutes;

Assembling

Step 1: Take slices of bread, sprinkle cheese on one slice, then place a generous portion of prepared mushrooms filling, some more cheese, and close it with another slice;
Step 2: Repeat the process with the remaining slices;

Grilling

Step 1: Heat a pan, apply butter on the sandwich, and place the butter side down on the pan;
Step 2: Apply some butter on another side as well, flip the sandwich and cook till golden brown on both sides;
